Service of Process Standard services - will go out in the
field with 24 hours of reciept and will be attempted between 48-72 hours thereafter. We require our runners to turn in all
diligence twice a week on standard serves.
Rush services - will go out in the field the same day recieved and attempted
daily thereafter. There is an additional charge for rush service. We also offer multiple attempts on the same day. We require
our runners to turn in diligence daily on rushes.

Court Filings Whether you send the documents by mail, fax,
e-mail or an overnight service you can be assured the documents will be reviewed and filed promptly. If you can get the filing
to us before 1:00 pm we will waive the rush fee for all downtown courts in Sacramento. We are at Superior Court, Family Law,
Probate, Small Claims, Unlawful Detainer, Secretary of State, Federal Court, Bankruptcy, and Workers Compensation Appeals
Board on a regular basis.

Photocopy Service Our photocopy department will prepare
your subpoena or serve your Release for Medical Records and notify all parties to the action for you. All you have to do is
provide us the information we need to properly prepare and notify. Then we do the rest!!
State of the art computers
and scanners are used for copying documents. This allows our registered photocopiers to scan more documents, at a faster pace.
Our
customized computer program allows us to add special bates lettering and/or numbering to your specifications.

Subpoena Preparation We will prepare State, Federal, and
Worker's Compensation subpoenas. We'll prepare all documents necessary, notify all parties to the action, serve the appropriate
custodian of records, and follow-up on the production of the documents. If there is compliance problems, we will send the
Failure To Comply Notice or prepare the Motion to Comply. As deposition officer's we comply with C.C.P 2020.420.

Skip Tracing Licensed databases are used to find the most
current home and business addresses of defendants and/or witnesses.

Bank Levies/Wage Garnishment Our staff is highly trained
and experienced in having the writs issued with the court, file opened with the sheriff, employer or bank served and the proof
of service back to the sheriff within the statutory five days. We understand how critical it is to have garnishments processed
quickly and accurately.
